Wine made
to be Enjoyed
Small-batch, expressive wines shaped by Yadkin County soil and a winemaker’s
culinary perspective —served personally and meant to be shared.
our philosophy
your wine
experience begins
in the vineyard.
Many of our vines are more than 20 years old, rooted deep in Yadkin County soil. That history shapes the fruit, the structure, and the character of every bottle we produce.

Owner and winemaker Carlos Vizcaino approaches wine the way he approached his years in the culinary world: with balance, intention, and flavor always leading the way. After working in the restaurant industry and completing multiple winemaking internships in Oregon, he developed a style that blends European technique with modern expression—respecting tradition while refining it.
At Hanover Park, we believe wine should be expressive but never intimidating. Thoughtful, but not overworked. Structured enough to pair beautifully with a meal, yet approachable enough to enjoy on its own.
We work with vines that have been rooted here for more than two decades. Their age brings depth and character; our methods bring clarity and focus. From vineyard management to barrel selection, each decision is hands-on and deliberate. We produce in small batches so we can stay close to the process—and to the people enjoying the wine.
Our wines are crafted with food in mind—but they’re just as fitting for a quiet evening on the porch during a Carolina summer. Some bottles are bold and layered. Others are bright and easygoing. All are made with the same philosophy: wine should complement life, not complicate it.
We simply ask that you taste with an open mind. Even if a varietal isn’t usually your favorite, you might be surprised here.

The Tasting Experience
Wine at Hanover Park isn’t rushed. We offer guided, hand-poured tastings instead of pre-set flights. Each tasting is curated and poured personally, whether you choose to relax in our historic farmhouse tasting room or settle into a peaceful spot outdoors.
We come to you. We connect with you. We share stories, pairings, and the thinking behind each wine.
There’s no pressure. No pretense. Just thoughtful wines and a welcoming atmosphere.
